Relevant experiences
Masters in Law and 3+ years of legal experience (in-house and/or law firm).
Strong labour and employment law experience, with expertise in advising on international matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Hands-on experience with cross-border employee setups, including working with EOR providers (vendor selection, contract review, compliance, issue resolution).
Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with a focus on SaaS contracts and balancing speed with risk management.
Proven ability to effectively manage external counsel, including clear brief formulation and cost awareness.
Ability to collaborate primarily during Central European Time (CET) hours, especially initially.
Nice to Have
Comfortable operating as a generalist, enjoying switching contexts and taking ownership of varied legal matters.
Proven ability to work independently with high initiative and sound judgment, with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.
Experience in legal operations or project management, with a passion for building scalable systems and processes from the ground up.
