Relevant experiences

Masters in Law and 3+ years of legal experience (in-house and/or law firm).

Strong labour and employment law experience, with expertise in advising on international matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Hands-on experience with cross-border employee setups, including working with EOR providers (vendor selection, contract review, compliance, issue resolution).

Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with a focus on SaaS contracts and balancing speed with risk management.

Proven ability to effectively manage external counsel, including clear brief formulation and cost awareness.

Ability to collaborate primarily during Central European Time (CET) hours, especially initially.

Nice to Have

Comfortable operating as a generalist, enjoying switching contexts and taking ownership of varied legal matters.

Proven ability to work independently with high initiative and sound judgment, with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.

Experience in legal operations or project management, with a passion for building scalable systems and processes from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Manage international labour & employment matters, including EOR/COR setups and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related documentation.

Partner with People/Operations for compliant and scalable L&E processes.

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, with a strong focus on SaaS contracts.

Support customer/vendor negotiations, balancing speed with risk management.

Improve commercial contracting processes through templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidance.

Support entity governance, ongoing corporate housekeeping, and M&A legal work.

Assist with new entity setups and financing-related agreements.

Build and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and self-serve guidance for the business.

Improve legal intake, prioritization, workflows, and stakeholder communication.

Help select and manage legal tech tools and establish practical reporting/metrics.

Work on legal topics confidently outside your home jurisdiction.

Manage and coordinate local law firms with clear briefs and cost awareness for pragmatic outcomes.
