About the job

In this hands-on, early-stage role. You’ll run end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles and markets. Direct sourcing is a core part of the job: LinkedIn is just one of many tools you’ll use. You’ll also help shape processes and reporting as we grow, bringing structure, feedback, and ideas when something can work better.

Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for diverse roles across various countries and domains.
Lead advanced direct sourcing across multiple channels, extending beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to align on hiring priorities and strategies.
Actively help create, improve, and document recruitment processes and infrastructure as we scale.
Ensure a consistently friendly and professional candidate experience from initial contact.
