Proven experience in an outbound-first sales role (SDR, BDR, Telesales).

A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets.

Exceptional phone presence and communication skills tailored for the US market.

Ability to work US Pacific Time hours while based in the Philippines.

Experience selling to SMBs, specifically companies with 15-100 employees.

High discipline in maintaining sales activity levels (calls, emails, follow-ups).

Join Daymaker, a fast-growing company bringing automated birthday cake delivery to US workplaces. As an Outbound Growth Expert based in the Philippines, you'll be the driving force of our expansion, focusing on high-volume, phone-heavy sales to SMBs in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a purely target-driven role designed for a true sales hunter with massive growth potential.
Execute a high-volume of outbound calls and emails daily to prospect US-based SMBs (15-100 employees).
Engage and sell to key decision-makers including Founders, HR leaders, and Office Managers.
Clearly articulate the Daymaker value proposition to drive new employee registrations.
Manage a short, fast-paced sales cycle from initial contact to closing the registration.
Consistently achieve a monthly target of 200-250+ new employee registrations.

This is not your average sales job. We're looking for a relentless Outbound Growth Expert to pioneer Daymaker's presence in the US market, starting with the San Francisco/Bay Area. Your mission is simple: get on the phone and sign up as many companies as possible.

This is a high-volume, target-driven role with a very short sales cycle. Success means hitting a target of 200-250+ employee registrations per month during your trial period. You will be the engine of our growth, and your performance will directly impact the company's success. We need someone who is energized by the hunt, comfortable with aggressive targets, and ready to build something from the ground up.
