As our Tech Lead, you won't be stuck in meetings or managing from a distance. This is a hands-on role for a true builder who loves to be in the code, architecting robust systems, and seeing them through to launch. You will be the technical authority on your projects, responsible for making key architectural decisions and ensuring your team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions day in and day out.

You’ll build and lead modern web products end-to-end using Next.js/React on the frontend and NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript) on the backend, backed by PostgreSQL and a pragmatic cloud platform (Docker + CI/CD + observability).

A core part of the role is delivering AI-powered features: designing retrieval and tool-based workflows, implementing a reusable LLM gateway (model routing, prompt versioning, evals, and monitoring), and shipping reliable, measurable LLM integrations.

You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical blueprints, guide delivery, and ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and create real-world impact.
