About the job
As our CTO, you'll be the technical cornerstone of Arx Compliance. This is a unique, hands-on leadership role where you'll not only architect our scalable SaaS platform but also write code alongside the team. You will join our leadership group, directly influencing our product, technology, and strategic direction as we enter our next phase of growth.
Set the overall technological vision, architecture, and ensure quality standards.
Lead hands-on development of our scalable, secure, and robust SaaS platform.
Take full ownership of our platform, infrastructure, and DevOps processes.
Ensure the highest standards for security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
Collaborate with the leadership team to shape product strategy and organizational growth.

More than just a title

The Role: Architect, Coder, Leader
Arx Compliance is building the leading platform for managing conflicts of interest and compliance. We're looking for a technology leader to take technical ownership and guide us into our next growth phase. This isn't a traditional, hands-off CTO role. We need someone who is passionate about both high-level architectural design and hands-on development.

You'll be a core part of our leadership team, with real influence on our product, organization, and strategy. You'll be responsible for our technological direction, from our SaaS platform architecture to our DevOps setup, while actively coding with the team to bring that vision to life.
